BT Reward card - card refused and unable to get in touch with Pure to resolve
I have managed to claim my BT Reward, have received the card, validated it and received the PIN number. The problem I have is that when I have tried to use it at a number of different stores, BandQ, Asda etc, it is always refused. I have chacked and re-checked the PIN number.
I have tried to get in touch with PURE by phone on 0344 800 6435 I can get only get messages and cannot find a way to speak with anyone. So I have sent messages to firstname.lastname@example.org and only received one response that said that they do not deal with this, they would pass it on and someone would be in touch. Guess what? I have not heard anything.
Has anyone else had the same problem and found a way to resolve it.
