I signed up through a link on the website that included a £80 BT reward card and a £40 Amazon card. I have claimed the Amazon card which has not been recieved to dat . But I cannot claim the BT reward card as there are no rewards on my BT account. The broadband was activated on 27.3.20. Can somebody help?
Unfortunately its not going to be possible at this time, for the forum moderators, who are the only BT employees on this forum, to investigate these promotions, as they are dealing with priority welfare escalations only.
You can try ringing BT Billing on 0800 800 150
Bear in mind that the reward card will not show up until at least 14 days after your service was activated, and your order has closed. These are progressed manually, so are likely to be delayed.
If you placed the order via a third party site, then this can sometimes cause issues.
