BT Reward card not showing

Hi

I have recently switched to BT Fibre Broadband and the offer was £80 Reward card and M&S card. I have applied for the M&S card but there is no reward card invitation when I log into BT rewards using my username and password.

I ordered it on 15th Feb 2020 and it was successfully installed on 4th March. Does anyone know how I can chase this up.

It would not be available until 14 days after all the orders close, but if its not available by the start of next week, then please post back here.

Thank you. It is now 15days if they closed the order when it was installed. I will check again tomorrow and post back as you suggested.
