BT Reward card

Hi, In January I ordered Broadband and phone. Went live on 5th February.  I have spoken to numerous departments that all confirm I qualify for a Reward Card confirm that I have claimed it and give different wait times.  The final date of 30 days from 'live' has now passed. and still nothing showing on my BT account.

Can you help please.

Hi, I have replied to your private message.  The link just says it cannot bring up my details and please try again.  This has been like this for weeks.

Surely it should not be this difficult to get a promised and largely advertised reward.
