BT Reward card

I received an email on 28/1/2022 from BT saying a further email will follow on how to claim my reward card.  I have not received any further emails yet? 

On checking my account it says my BT reward card was claimed for me on 28 Jan 2022!  It also shows an open order for this same date but when I click on this order an error comes up so no information is available.

I have attempted to chat online but this doesn't work.

How long does this take, when should I receive the reward card?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if you haven't received your BT Reward Card.

If it's showing that the Reward Card was claimed on the 28th of January it should have arrived by now. If you send me your details, I'll be able to check what happening for you.
