I recently ordered directly via the BT website BT Broadband Fibre 2 on 3rd June 2020, with the line activated on 17th June, and it was advertised as including a loaded £100 Mastercard. Upon logging in to My Rewards however there is nothing to claim. I went to this thread: https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Claiming-a-BT-Reward-card/td-p/1857030 and clicked "Chase my reward card" but there's then no obvious link or contact page.

I also have this issue, where I am unable to locate my £80 Mastercard reward - it just says i have no rewards to claim, and this offer was part of reason for switching.
