BT Rewards Card Multiple Account Issue

Hello,

I have tried to access my rewards through the link https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card. However, as I have multiple (2) accounts, I am constantly switched back to the original account with no products or services active.

Is there an alternate way to access the rewards cars registration without getting the account switched automatically?
