We bought the Fibre2 broadbrand package off BT in July and as part of the package we were to get a £100 rewards card. Just like all the members reporting, 3 months in and absolutely no joy. I have spoken with online chat advisors, called the customer service, raised complaints and yet no one has managed to resolve a simple query.
After raising another complaint this afternoon, i have now received an email from BT stating they have closed my complaint but do not say what the resolution is. Surely a company as big as BT cannot be scamming new customers this way!
