I claimed my BT Rewards card on the Dec 14th 2016 after installing a new WiFi package in my place. One month almost has passed and I called BT yesterday and was informed that the card was dispatched on the Dec 21st. The thing that it has probably been lost somewhere, but never reached me.
By chat and phone they told me they wrote an e-mail to the rewards team to verify what happaned, but no answers so far. If it has been lost, so please issue a new one and send me. It was the only factor that took me from other companies and made me choose BT. It is unacceptable that I don't receive it now.
