Hello, I placed a BT Fibre order and the broadband active in my house for the past 2 months (since Jan 26th). As seen while placing the order, I should have received an email to claim my reward of £100 BT reward card. I did not receive this email so far (I checked all my spam and other folders). I spoke to BT customer support who forwarded me to another team, they advised me to go to bt.com/claimmyrewards, after logging in to my account there, the page says I do not have any rewards. Since then I have been trying to call BT again almost everyday, I am not able to get in touch with any agents to talk to , after waiting for up to an hour. With the reduced staff resources due to covid-19, I am not very successful to even reach anyone at BT.
Have anyone been in this situation? Will BT honor their promise to give me the gift card? Is there any email contact details to approach the back office or the promotion team? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
You need to claim the reward yourself.
Also check that there was a reward card offered on the date you placed your order, by looking at the T&Cs which has a list of all the valid dates.

You haven't claimed any rewards yet. Go to Rewards to see if you're eligible for any rewards.
Yes I did, The following is what i see. I just managed to talk to someone in BT after waiting for 45 mins, half way through the converstation, the call dropped 😞 Wonder if there is any email address to contact the promotions team.
There are no rewards waiting to be claimed. If you've already claimed a reward, you can check its progress in your rewards history
and... nothing in the history.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Can you please also confirm that you placed your order online, and not over the phone, as only online orders are valid?
