BT Rewards

Morning all, 

 

I claimed the reward card nearly a month ago now, and I’m not asking about the wait time as I know you need to wait 30days. 

my questions is does anyone know why my card has disappeared from rewards history, I called up the card company and they said they don’t have my details yet? 

does anyone know how to resolve this? 
has anyone had this happen to them?
