Like many others, I applied for a credit for BT Sports, and Have just received my latest bill, and still no credit.
Who can I contact about this, they tell us not to phone 150, and you can't email anybody.

Sometime in May, not sure of the exact date, I thought the credit would have been automatic.

I too have not received any credit in respect of the BT Sports refund ...……… and I applied quite early on in the outbreak of Covid-19. For example I have an e-mail dated 03 April stating I/we would now receive a BT Sport Credit applied for 2 months. (and have applied since that date too, all to no avail). Could you resolve the issue/refund for me please? Many Thanks
