My first post here... Could you please advise. Last month I've updated my broadband to Fibre 3 but BT has not sent me their new Smart Hub 2 router however the website is clear that this device is a part of my package.
I'm still on the old BT Hub which is fine but it's confusing what the website is saying while you going through broadband upgrade process
What are your experience with the similar situation?
