I claimed the 1 month BT Sport credit as soon as BT offered it last month and again when BT extended it to " months a few weeks ago, now I have received my e-mail notification confirmation that my bill is due and my monthly payment will be taken on the 23rd of this month.
I went online and checked my bill and it is not showing any credit, just the normal monthly payment, anybody else having problems or has already successfully received a credit as I am now confused.
Hi @tmac11, thanks for replying, sorry about this the first credit should have been automatically applied within 10 days of your application. Did you get the confirmation emails to let you know the refunds were being processed after filling in that form?
Same here, I should have had a credit and possibly a second one but cannot see this information on my bill. I have completed the online form
