I have been a customer of BT for many years but always takes ages to actually understand its billing, especially relating to BT Sports packages. I have BT Braodband and am paying 2 packages for Sport - even my young son can't seem to explain the pricing within our contract. So we pay for a BT Sport Pack (reduced a bit after negotiation) and a BT Sport HD Pack. The last thing I want to do is cut off my husband's Sports channels BUT do we need to be paying for both...we have SKY TV??? Help, every time I ring BT I come away even more confused.
As you have BT Broadband you should be charged £12 per month for BT Sport on Sky. That gets you our standard definition (SD) channels. If you then take the add on BT Sport HD pack that means you also get our high definition (HD) channels. That price should be £6.50 per month. In total, it will cost £18.50 per month for both the SD and HD channels. If you don't need the HD add on you can remove it and still watch our BT Sports channels in SD.
