Every time I attempt to order BT TV I keep getting the following error - even when logging in it keeps happening. Any ideas?

Do you have more than one account on your BTID? If so please check that you are on the correct account number.
Thanks for getting back to me John - there is only one BTID.
I have tried different browsers etc and keep getting the same message.
Hi @Midzone thanks for getting back to me. Just to be clear I meant to check that there is not an old account on your BTID that the system is picking up automatically first. If it is you can change to the correct account via the drop-down button.
