Ok...I have just called BT again and raised my concern and spoke to Omar at 1.pm and he said he will pass it on to get the infinity contract sorted back to original price for 12 months and i will get a call back within 7 days to confirm.

So if fionnuala could just chase that up and see it is done then everything will be fine and done.

just a little update Bt tv is on and fine but no call from BT to confirm price...not that i expected one lol and not that bothered aslong as when my bill arrives and is correct then all will be good.

Bill is on the 10th so will post an update then.
