My partner and myself had BT TV but didn't renew the contract for it as we didn't watch it enough so we were asked to return the 2 boxes
I requested a return back and both boxes were posted and after around a week I seen they had both been delivered
I must have threw out the receipt by accident along with other receipts I had
This was at the end of November and she received notification the boxes still haven't been returned last week
We're starting to worry we will be charged as we don't have the proof of postage
Is there anything can be done to rectify this like does BT have a record of the tracking numbers on the bag sent or even can check the serial numbers to see they have been returned
Any help from someone from BT would be greatly appreciated

The tracking numbers are usually cached on the RM web site. If you revisit & double click on the blank tracking box, you may find them there & can take a screenshot as evidence.
I've already tried before but they're not unfortunately

My partner and myself phoned the customer service just now and wasnt much help unfortunately
Im just getting quite stressed I am gonna be charged when I no longer have the boxes
My own stupidity for losing the receipt but I was hoping there would be a record of the tracking numbers on the bag that was send but was told that wasnt so
Just wait for the mods to contact you. They are a very small team and extremely busy, they deal with problems in strict order of receipt and will contact you when you get to the top of their queue.
