Had one last chat with BT / EE as there was a flag on my account, which was stopping them processing new orders.

But when the flag did get removed, and we got to the ordering process, the system wanted more money for the same speed, which is 900mb instead of the web price of £59.99, and that again is for new contracts only.

So I cancelled the order and then phoned the dedicated EE helpline and got the account closed and asked for a jiffy bag to return the equipment, that was sent in mistake.
