I recently moved house and sadly had to downgrade from Fibre to ADSL. When I phoned up, I found out that my new address didn't have any BT line installed despite it being a new build. An engineer came round yesterday to fit a overhead cable which fed from across the street. My activation for my broadband was also on the same day but obviously, it has passed and I'm still greeted with an flashing red light.
I checked my status of my order and it shows that "Your Broadband order is in hand with a member of our team, if there are any issues we will contact you. Please continue to check online for further updates". Now I'm just waiting for the order team to open.
Has anyone had any issues with this before? If so, what was the cause and solution?
