BT activation failure

i applied for bt infinty in july, was given an activation date of 25th august however it failed to activate, i have been given several more activation dates since then and it still isnt working, phoned BT last night and they said there was an issue and it would be fixed within 24 hours however it still isnt fixed. BT home hub 5 has a orange light with a red broadband light.
