I purchased BT Fibre during a promotion (£30 Amazon gift card and a £100 BT Reward card). My broadband service started on the 2nd July 2020 and I have spoken to a BT adviser twice since regarding the reward cards. Both times I have been told that the correct department will contact me but so far I have recieved no reply. When I log in to my BT via the reward card page it is still showing as no rewards to claim. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
