Just a quick update.
i had a telephone call last evening from a gentleman by the name of John.
He informed me that he was taking up my case and would assist. Well, later in the evening, as if by magic, my BT Sport reappeared. That DID take me by surprise.
This most helpful chap also said that he would call again this afternoon, Wednesday 10th January. If he can resolve this contract dispute he will have accomplished more in a very short time that hours of telephone calls to numerous BT staff has done.
So far, so good.
Hi @AJMillin Thanks for taking my call earlier and just to confirm for the community this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction. The BT Sport service has been applied again (and is working) free for the next 12 months.
