I took out a 12 month discounted contract with BT in May 2015 but fairly quickly discovered we needed unlimited broadband so upgraded in August 2015. I thought this was a new contract and discount would run to August 2016. Current bill shows discount removed end May ie original date. Is this correct? What chance of another 12 month discount if I call BT?
the discount you received initially was for 12 months and even though you extended your contract the discount ends after 12 months you can try options team and see if they offer you anything they are uk based 0800800030
