BT digital reward card claim

Hi,

I upgraded my broadband to full fibre 500 on 22/4/24. This offer came with a £75 BT digital reward card. However I haven’t received an email in order to claim my card yet. Could you please advise?

try CS 03301234150 or you can try billing  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
