I have had an email from BT offering a deal for renewing my VIP TV package. The link from the email does not work other than taking me to the website to login. The offer is not there to select. I have tried the link on various browsers with the same result.
I contacted customer service but they can only carry through the deals available to them. The deal I have been sent is apparently "online only" and I was advised to have an eChat from the website. As far as I can see the eChat option is not functioning. Anything else I try on the website takes me round in repeating circles.
So, is the eChat service working or suspended or what! If it is not working how can I contact someone to resolve this problem?
