BT email about failed collection of monthly account - is it a scam?

I've just received an email "from" BT. Is it a scam? It feels like it is.

PS I posted this five minutes ago - or so I thought. But I can't find it!

FROM: ebilling@bt.com

SUBJECT: BT Internet unable to process your recent payment of bill

CONTENT: Dear Customer,

This e-mail has been sent to you by BT Internet to inform you that we were unable to process your most recent payment of bill. This might be due to either of the following reasons:

1. A recent change in your personal information. (eg: billing address, phone)

2. Submitting incorrect information during bill payment process.

Due to this, to ensure that your service is not interrupted, we request you to confirm and update your billing information today

If you have already confirmed your billing information then please disregard this message as we are processing the changes you have made.

Thanks for your co-operation.

It a scam. Link needs editing out to prevent anyone clicking on it.

Thanks both.

Keith - I can't remove the link it's too late to use the Edit so I've PM'd PaddyM.

(I presume the link to which you refer is the one with thier email address rather than the reference number that PaddyB removed yesterday.)
