BT equipement returned, but still charged
Hello, when I upgraded to Full fibre, I have been asked to return the wifi disc.
I already did that since 8th of November 2023, and I have the proof of delivery from Royal Mail. But now I received a mail from BT saying that the equipements did not arrive and I will be charged £30.
Can you please fix that, as I already returned the equipement.
