When I subscribed it also failed to mention having to wait any time before being able to claim. It’s just says you have 30 days to claim. ( but if they won’t let you do it for first 14 days then that’s Wrong as you only have 16 days !!! )   Could you let me know whether you get your reward...Thanks a lot

Hi I have also signed up to a BT Broadband package on the understanding I would get the barclays reward, but my account says no reward is there

Can you help me?

Hi @TracyJ and @Trenouth15, sorry that your rewards cards are not available to claims. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get the cards claimed.

I'm pleased to report that my reward card arrived today.  Thanks go to the BT staff for intervening and sorting the issue.
