Why are BT still charging me £4 a month since I stopped my Broadband in late 2018? I managed to get reimbursed about 6 months ago and a promise to cancel the Direct Debit. Well they haven’t reimbursed me or cancelled it, and are still charging me. Is this not immoral? What can I do please short of taking BT to court?
You should be able to cancel the direct debit yourself via your bank, meanwhile..

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
