BT lie to me

I bought the broadband internet package from BT and they told me that they would notify my old provider, Sky and they continue to charge me and nothing was notified. I need a resolution

Why do you think it is BT that haven't informed Sky rather than Sky have ignored the request?

Call both BT and Sky customer services to discover which company is at fault (if either).
