Logged onto MyBT and see, 'to reward you for being a loyal BT customer we offer you this broadband update'.
Seems a good deal so click to accept the offer, after filling in details etc and getting to the last page to finalize the deal only to be told we cannot have the offer because, guess what, we are an existing BT customer.
What kind of deal is this, you have to be an existing customer to see the deal!!!!
No wonder BT have a poor record apart from their slow fibre broadband, ours is now 2meg upload at best for the third time in as many years, goes upto 75 when fixed.

try phoning the options team 0800800030 and see what they will offer/you negotiate to renew your contract if you don't like it don't take it try again in few days and get different advisor
If you are having problems with your connection then post your router stats to start with
Speak to the loyalty team on 0800 800 150 and explain the offer, they might ask to see evidence, if Loyalty can't help then the Easy Assist team can replicate online orders.
