Hello, Can you help please. I have been a BT customer now since late december 2017. I was entitled to a reward card for broadband which was received. However my £100 BT reward card for MOBILE has never been received despite several requests, incidents, complaints, despite each time being confirmed as due and promised within 30 days. Could you look into this please. Cheers Russell

Hi @rustyzcom the promotions team have got back to me to confirm they have ordered the reward card for your BT Mobile order. The card will be with you within the next 30 days. Please post back and let me know that you receive it ok within this timescale.
