I'm currently struggling to connect to BT by phone as I'm unable to access my account details online and need help to resolve the issue, has the online chat feature been disabled?
It comes up on my nscreen but it is only an automated system that asks me to phone a number that nobdy answers. I've held on for 50 minutes three times today and it just cuts you off without connecting to a person.
