Hi I am on a bt offer as of a price rise and still just within my contract but as my bill has been put up yet again I have told CS am going to leave as not happy as I was not told about price going up on a letter so I cud of left in the 30 days I have a sight disability and can not find the info I need
1. when can I start moving to my new broadband and TV plasnet will it be 5th may or as pay in advance April the 5 As don't won't to pay a leaving Charge.
2. Have been informed as bt did not give me a letter I can leave before this date without charge I was told from bt you emailed but only just when up last bill yet the email I was told bt sent was November.
@Wakenshawj I am sorry to see that you want to leave BT. Firstly you need to contact us 0800 800 030 and advise them of your intention to leave due to the price changes. Once you have informed informed them you can contact your chosen provider to start the move process.
