BT reward card not received and 30 days has elapsed since claiming

Hi,

I applied for a BT reward Mastercard and was told it was dispatched on the 28th March, to arrive 30 days after that. I still have not received the card. Emails to the helpline have been ignored. Please could someone look into this for me?

Hi @Beckat thanks for sending over your details. I've checked with the promotions team and they have apologised for the delay. They have confirmed the reward card has been arranged and should be with you within the next 10 working days.
