BT reward card

70787D9F-9C53-445E-A45D-C49699087BE1.pngI activated my reward card as stated on the letter it came with,  completed information on the cards website,   Went to  make a purchase with ikea, entered all details correctly, then came back with a result saying payment declined. I then went to see what the issue was to find that the funds had been taken from my balance. Contacted ikea they say there is no payment received or on hold or even been completed and that I need to contact card issuer, I contacted purecard who said to contact BT

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

If you take a look at the  BT Reward Card User Terms and Conditions, there is a section that covers disputed transactions. You'll need to contact Pure Card and they'll be able to look into this for you.
