Hi, I just activated my BT broadband and was giving an email beforehand that I would be getting a BT reward card, so I tried to claim my reward tonight and getting a message saying no rewards to claim.. any ideas why ?

Oh the reason I asked was because I got this email when I ordered my service.. Just a little something on us to say thanks.
You can claim your reward once your broadband's up and running. When it is, click the link below and log in with your BT id
