I am unable to claim my BT reward card . Please help me .

I'm sorry for the problems you had claiming for your reward card.  What does it say when you log on to claim your reward card here with your BT ID? - Claim your BT reward card

Also, when was your services activated and what was the value of the reward card you signed up for?

Hi Robbie,

Thank you for your quick reply .

My services activated on 15 th March.

My reward card value is £110.

When I clicked that link , it says “sorry we can’t bring up your details at the moment please try again later “
