You are as me, one of thousands of people trying to get our rewards; thousands of people have been trying to get them as far back as a year ago. Please call BT and ask to register a complaint, which will raise a specific case and you will get s person dedicted to sorting it out. it is the only way to get BT to act. Also I am going to OFCOM and i encourage you to do the same. BT have a major problem with these rewards and only action by people like you and me are going to force them to honour their promises.
