spoke to someone from the giftcard team yesterday who processed my claim, cheers stephen!
I had the same, I had one complaint saying they would phone me back within 48hrs and one that said 10days.
When I phoned yesterday, they apologised and said they the rewards team was very short staffed and that someone would phine me back before 6, which they did 🙂
