BT reward card

 
 
unsure if ima placing in correct board
 
ima trying to avtivate my bt reward card but unable to .
i input the 9 digit number and it say it has sent the activation code to my registered email address i have checked both my spam and inbox  it has be over 24 hours and still no code
i tryed to contact via the the phone numbers on the website and the letter i got with the card but both numbers are automated no option to speak to a rep!!
i have even emailed them and got an automated reply 
is there another number i could use to speak to someone reguarding this issue

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @raven19702018  Sorry you are experiencing a problem trying to activate your reward card. I'm sure that the activation code will be sent ok but I would like to check the email address is registered correctly so that you receive it. I've sent you a Private message explaining how you can contact the forum moderation team.
