BT reward card

So I renewed by BT on 31st August 24 and was to get a £75 by reward card? How am I meant to get this? I've not heard anything from it and there is nothing in my online account

Can you try to click on the link under How to Claim on our BT Reward Cards page, and then login to your My BT account from there to see if you are able to claim that way?

If it is still not giving you an option to claim, please contact our customer service guides who can help you further.
