BT reward

Hi guys,

im trying to claim my bt reward card but it’s showing I don’t have any reward to claim on my account?

can anyone help please?

also my bt service activation was delayed by 2 days, will they give me credit for this?

Hi @S4L sorry your connection was delayed and you can't claim your reward card. The compensation for the delay in connecting your service should be applied automatically. 
In relation to your reward card have your services been active for 14 days?
