I moved to BT broadband at the end of November activated on the 5th december. I was supposed to get a bt rewards card but whenever I try to claim it via the link on a email it tells me no rewards available on my account. Any help appreciated.

You would not be able to claim until you are out of your cancellation period, which is 14 days after your service was activated, which is today.
Try again later today, and see if you can now claim.
If you cannot claim, then please post back here.

I have raised a request to our Rewards Card team to have the card manually issued. It can take this team a few days to pick up these cases but I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
