Hello, I joined BT on 4th. July and understood that I’d be eligible for a 110 BT reward card. The service was live on the 28th. July and until now I’ve not had the card. When I log in there is no card to claim. Please, how do I go about getting the card? Thanks

Sorry that you haven't received the £110 reward card included with the package you ordered. As you are having problems claiming for the card we can pick this up and give you a hand from here.
