I have been a loyal customer of BT for many years and I am very disappointed with the way they treat their customers, I wanted to upgrade from Halo 1 to fibre 100 which is available where I live, I went on line to order the service which is advertised for £39.99 for fibre 100 on a 24 month contract when I got to the last screen as I am an existing customer I can't get it unless I am willing to pay £59.99 a month, as my contract has ended I'm looking around now for another service provider.
