BT site not working properly

After logging into MyBT I cannot do anything.

I click view bill and it says there's nothing to pay, yet I know that my bill needs to be paid.

I have logged in numerous times over the last week but still nothing is showing up. I'm now getting emails saying that it is the last reminder for me or I will be charged a late payment fee and £18  to get reconected and have restrictions removed.

I can't even email BT as when I click on the email link it tells me that I'm not logged in.

This site is driving me crazy. Nothing is working since they updated/upgraded it.
