I clicked the beginning of lockdown to pause BT sport charges but looks like I'm still getting charged for it!! It also says that it will roll over til June if still no sport available!! Why am I still getting charged😡
Originally we spoke to an advisor about another issue and it was put into my account they said as a credit. Then a few weeks later I clicked on it online but didn't have an e mail.
Just double checked and I had an email on March 21st but doesn't show on my bill/account and pretty sure it's an ongoing refund/non payment until sport resumes.
