I contacted BT over a week ago and they confirmed that I wouldn’t be charged for BT sport for the next two months.
However, I have just got my bill and charges for BT Sport is on there.
Why hasn’t it been removed?
I can’t ring them or live chat either.

I did the same and opted out untill sport resumes but noticed I'm still getting charged and same as you can't contact them. How did you resolve?
